No. Stepping on solar panels, walking over it is not advisable. It leads to pressure on these solar panels, exposing it to the threat of developing micro cracks. The outer surface of solar panels are made up of solar glass which cannot withstand more than its threshold pressure. While these glasses are made to withstand high pressure rain and other weather related threats but it cannot withstand other external threats.
