No, you should not sit on solar panels. While panels are rated to be able to carry a certain amount of weight, they are not made for carrying the sitting weight of an adult human. the occasional monkey, birds and hit by hailstones are what panels are designed to weather.

Solar  modules are actually closer to an assembly process than manufacturing. All previous levels in the chain, from cells to wafers to ingot and polysilicon, are not made in India, other than a little captive capacity for solar cells with some manufacturers.  Most of these are imported from China and are then embedded into a panel in India. Thus, with a capacity of over 60 GW now, in future, all solar modules you see are likely to have been ‘made’ in India.

While cleaning solar modules with water first thing you should do is to use soft bristle cleaner or dedicated solar panel cleaning brushes. You need to also ensure that you do not use excessive water pressure. Excess water pressure can damage your solar panels leading to the development of microcracks. The maximum pressure that can be used for solar panel cleaning is 35 bars. You should also try to use soft water for cleaning solar modules.

TOCOn based solar modules come in high Wp. Like above 620 Wp. That means that the similar single panel can produce more energy that the conventional soalr panels. This will allow lesser requirement of land for solar projects.

In this system, one can use solar power even duiring blackouts.

Solar generation is mainly derived from sunlight (photon) and not comes from the heat associated with summers. Infact, solar generation witnesses a minor degradation with ectreme heat.
